The “Q” certificate guarantees quality in service, quality of the facilities and quality in management shown by the implication in personnel in continuous improvement in order to achieve full satisfaction from their customers.
The “Q” certificate, which is voluntary and must be renewed every three years, is awarded by a Certification Committee, independent from the tourism sector and Institute, after an exhaustive audit that verifies conformance to the rigorous Quality Rules and is carried out by independent audit companies with recognised international solvency.
