Walking paths
Santillan has numerous trails in the estate, to walk and enjoy a typical Andalusian environment, with sea views.
There are two routes accessible from the Santillan Center:
Route 1: Around the center, about 30-40 minutes long. Go down along the mountain to the water raft and up the other side of the center.
Route 2: Through the mountains with beautiful sea views. This route can be as long as you want.

Nuestra cocina, ofrece comida tradicional mediterránea, vegetariana y vegana, basada en productos orgánicos cultivados bajo el sol español, procedentes de nuestros huertos, de los agricultores locales, de nuestros árboles frutales y jardín de hierbas aromáticas de Santillan. Además, contamos con gallinero propio, por lo que, disponemos de huevos frescos y saludables todos los días.
Ofrecemos desayuno, el almuerzo y cena. Los cocineros de Santillan Retreat disfrutan compartiendo su saludable cocina tradicional mediterránea de influencia española, pero también son capaces de atender a los vegetarianos y veganos así como las alergias e intolerancias alimentarias genuinos, como sin gluten y sin lactosa. Este tipo de comidas , para personas con alguna intolerancia, está disponible si se solicita al efectuar la reserva.
